Adselle Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) outlines the terms and conditions governing your use of the Adselle services (“Services”). By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.

1. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from using the Services for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Illegal Activity: Using the Services to sell, distribute, or promote illegal goods or services, as defined by applicable laws and regulations of your country and any other countries where you operate. This includes, but is not limited to:
    • Narcotics and illegal drugs
    • Weapons and firearms (unless specifically permitted by your local laws and regulations)
    • Endangered species or wildlife products
    • Stolen goods
    • Counterfeit products
    • Age-restricted goods (e.g., tobacco products, alcohol) to minors
    • Networking and investment scams (e.g., Ponzi schemes)
  • Intellectual Property Infringement: Copying, reproducing, modifying, distributing, or displaying content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets.
  • Fraud and Deception: Engaging in fraudulent activities, such as:
    • Pyramid schemes
    • Phishing scams
    • Manipulating product reviews
    • Artificially inflating sales figures
    • Offering counterfeit products or unlicensed goods
  • Abusive Content: Uploading or posting content that is hateful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or violates the privacy of others.
  • Spam and Unsolicited Marketing: Sending unsolicited commercial emails or messages (spam) or using the Services to collect personal information for spam purposes.
  • Malware and Viruses: Uploading or distributing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Security Violations: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services or interfering with the operation of the Services. This includes:
    • Denial-of-service attacks (DoS)
    • SQL injection attacks
    • Hacking attempts
  • Data Misuse: Scraping, crawling, or otherwise extracting data from the Services without our express written permission.
  • Manipulation of Search Results: Using artificial methods to manipulate the search rankings of products on the platform.

2. Prohibited Industries and Goods

In addition to the above, you are prohibited from using the Services to sell or promote the following:

  • Prescription Drugs or Medical Equipment: Prescription drugs, medical devices, or any other products that require a license to sell.
  • Age-Restricted Goods: Products or services that are illegal for minors to purchase.
  • Hazardous Materials: Products that are considered hazardous or flammable, as defined by applicable laws and regulations.
  • Items Requiring Special Licenses or Permits: Products or services that require a special license or permit to sell, unless you have obtained the necessary license or permit.

3. Compliance with All Laws

In addition to the activities listed above, you are also prohibited from using the Services for any purpose or in any manner that violates any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, laws and regulations related to consumer protection, data privacy, financial services, and export controls.

4. Your Responsibility

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through the Services (“User Content”). You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Account Suspension and Termination

Adselle reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, and remove or edit any User Content that violates this AUP or for any other reason, without notice to you.

6. Reporting Violations

If you believe that someone is violating this AUP, please report it to Adselle at support_adselle.ecommerce@padtechcorp.com.

7. Governing Law

This AUP will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to this AUP

Adselle reserves the right to change this AUP at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised AUP on our website. Your continued use of the Services after the revised AUP becomes effective will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
